Annual contracts let us invest properly in your onboarding, training, and ongoing support. They also mean you get a lower effective price per quote than any pay-as-you-go model, and you're never left scrambling for capacity during a busy period.
What happens if I use all my included quotes before the month ends? +
We'll notify you when you're approaching your monthly limit. You can upgrade to the next plan at any time, or purchase additional top-up quotes at £10 each. We will never cut you off mid-month without warning.
What is the 7-day free pilot? +
Before your annual contract begins, you get a 7-day pilot period with full access to your chosen plan. This gives you time to process real jobs, see the AI inventory in action, and confirm CentralNest is the right fit for your business before committing.
Can I upgrade my plan mid-contract? +
Yes. If your volume grows and you need more quotes, you can upgrade to the next plan at any time. The price difference is prorated for the remainder of your contract. Downgrades apply at your next renewal date.
Are there any setup fees? +
No setup fees, ever. The price you see is what you pay, plus VAT. Business Scale and above include a free onboarding session to get your team up and running quickly.
